We're a team of energy engineers and efficiency advisors based in Lewes, Delaware. For the past decade we've walked facility floors, pulled 24 months of utility data, and built savings roadmaps for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use buildings across the region.
Our work answers one question: what should this facility do next, and what will it actually save? No equipment pitches, no commission-driven vendor lists — just the analysis, in plain English, that lets you make a confident decision.

A structured walk-through with metering, 12–24 months of bill analysis, and load profiling. You get a prioritized list of findings — ranked by savings, not by what's easiest to sell.
A realistic roadmap for lighting, HVAC, motors, and controls — phased to match your cash flow, with measure-by-measure payback and a sequencing plan your maintenance team can follow.
Detailed analysis before you commit capital: LED retrofits, HVAC upgrades, EV charging, and demand management — with payback, financing options, and honest go/no-go guidance.

Scope of work: All services are advisory. We prepare the analysis, specifications, and scope of work — installation and construction are carried out by licensed contractors of your choice. We are not a utility and we do not supply electricity.

A senior advisor walks the facility, reviews your meters, and pulls 12–24 months of bill and interval data. Most assessments are done in a single visit.
You receive a plain-English report: findings ranked by savings, payback, and risk — plus a phased roadmap you can take to your finance team or board.
We help you scope contractor bids, answer questions during execution, and verify savings once the work is complete. The relationship doesn't end at the report.

No. We deliver the analysis, specifications, and scope of work. Installation is performed by appropriately licensed contractors of your choice — we can help you evaluate their bids, but we never perform or subcontract the construction work ourselves.
The first 30-minute discovery call is free — and it's a real conversation. If we don't see a meaningful opportunity for your facility, we'll say so. Fees for audits and studies are quoted in writing, based on scope, before any work begins.
Ideally: 12–24 months of utility bills (PDF is fine), your meter ID numbers, the building's square footage and program, and your goals. If you don't have all of that, tell us what you have — we'll guide you on what to request from your facility manager or utility.
Our office is in Lewes, Delaware, and we walk most sites in person in Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey. Bill and data audits can be completed remotely for facilities anywhere in the United States.
